Welcome to Pharaoh's Hairum Salon & Spa, operated by Sphinx Head Holdings, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (pharaohshairum.com) and our salon and spa services at our locations in Henrietta, Fairport, and Park Avenue (Rochester, NY).

Services

Pharaoh's Hairum Salon & Spa provides hair, skin, nail, and (at our Park Avenue location) massage therapy services. All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with New York State requirements.

Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
• Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment for future appointments.

Pricing

Prices for services and products are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website, at our locations, and by phone. The price quoted at the time of your appointment is the price you will pay for that service.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available for purchase in person or online.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Products

We offer a curated selection of professional hair and skincare products, including lines from Keune, Neuma, and Éminence Organics. We are an independent salon and not affiliated with, owned by, or officially endorsed by any of the product brands we carry. All product warranties are honored according to the manufacturer’s policies.

Service Disclaimers

• Results from salon and spa services may vary based on individual factors including hair type, skin type, and prior treatments.
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products or services that result from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments at other establishments. Please disclose all relevant information to your stylist or service provider before your appointment.
• Massage therapy services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical conditions.
