New clients are asked to call for their first appointment so we can ensure a complimentary consultation and appropriate time. Returning clients may book online anytime.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid a full-service charge. Services over 3 hours require a 50% deposit and 48-hour cancellation notice. Gift cards may be applied to missed appointments.
Children & Guests
Children are welcome in our salon with a supervising adult. Children under 18 must be accompanied in the spa area. Anyone under 18 requires a responsible adult present for all consultations.
Air Quality
We are the only salon in Rochester with a custom ventilation system and IWave Ionic Purifier — eliminating bacteria, mold, and airborne contaminants. Breathe easy.
Parking
Both locations offer convenient parking. The Henrietta location has a large lot directly in front of the salon. Fairport's Packetts Landing has ample parking with easy access.
