If you are a current client, in order to book your appointments online, you must be set up with a username and password. Please contact our customer service representatives at your desired location and they will set up an account for you.

If you are new to Pharaoh’s Hairum, we ask that you call to schedule your first appointment so we may ensure you receive a complimentary consultation and the appropriate amount of time for your initial visit.

Online booking allows you to book appointments, check for availability and view your visit history. If you need to reschedule or postpone an appointment, you must call the salon and we will be happy to assist you.

Andy is thrilled to be the new owner of Pharaoh’s Hairum Salon & Spa! With over 20 years of experience leading businesses across North America and Europe, he’s excited to bring his expertise to this beloved local salon. Andy and his wife, Jill, along with their two sons, Gabriel and Rowan, are proud to call Victor, NY, home. He looks forward to continuing the salon’s legacy of great service and community spirit.

Barb ❘ General Manager

Barb has been a Pharaoh’s Hairum team leader since 1990. With a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management, Barb has a genuine passion for customer service and human resources. She coordinates with bridal parties and other special events to create a seamless and enjoyable experience. Throughout the years, Barb has established a cohesive environment for both our clients and the Pharaoh’s team, as well as assisted in the exponential growth of our salon and spas.

Laura ❘ Salon Manager

Laura’s lifelong customer service career landed her at Pharaoh’s in 2006. Over the years, Laura has cultivated many relationships amongst guests and coworkers alike, allowing everyone to feel right at home during their time with us. When Laura is not gearing up for Halloween, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her three fur babies, Morgan Mary, Marcy Merlot, and Missy Missy Mew Mew.

Kristen joined the Pharaoh’s Hairum team in June 2011. With more than a decade of customer service experience, Kristen thrives on creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience to each of our guests. She also enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Buck, camping, and visiting her family’s house on Conesus Lake!

Lieren ❘ Education Trainer & Designer

Lieren’s work has been noticed and featured on Neuma Instagram multiple times! Having been in the industry since 2010, she loves continual education. Lieren is a certified Organic Colour Systems intense training program specialist. She completed advanced programs in balayage technique; several Neuma styling courses; Keune color and product knowledge training; along with business and customer service training. She has attended and worked hands-on with some of the industry’s major leaders, such as Meleesa Luna. She has just returned from intensive advanced training with Neuma in California, where she studied and perfected updo and styling techniques along with product knowledge. Lieren is a hair cutting trainer at Pharaoh’s, where she provides education working one-on-one with newly hired designers, ensuring they achieve a higher level of technical and hair cutting skills.

Thuy ❘ Designer

Thuy has been a stylist for Pharaoh’s Hairum design team since 2000. Thuy has received extensive education over the years and has traveled to such places as NYC for Redken coloring classes, Florida for advanced Organic Color classes, and Syracuse for various make-up techniques. Thuy’s caring and calming spirit and precision hair design allow her clients to relax in expert hands, leaving refreshed, renewed – and looking fabulous!

Jennifer ❘ Designer

Jennifer is a graduate of Shear Ego Beauty School and having been with Pharaoh’s since 2005 she has enjoyed creating and developing relationships with her clients throughout the years. From proms, graduations, weddings and retirements, Jennifer loves that she can contribute to each milestone with memorable haircuts, colors, and styles! In an industry that is constantly evolving, Jennifer stays on top of the latest trends by attending numerous classes by Neuma, Alfaparf, Redken, and Behind the Chair. When she is not creating memories with her clients, she’s creating them at home with her two kids, Delaney and Liam and her husband Brian.

Natalie ❘ Designer

Natalie joined the Pharaoh’s Hairum team fresh out of the Continental School of Beauty in 2001. Since then, Natalie has continued her style education by participating in our rigorous training programs and attending classes and seminars taught by the industry’s top designers. Natalie has mastered men’s and women’s haircutting techniques, hair color/highlighting, corrective color, and facial waxing. Specializing in unruly and curly hair, Natalie can tame those wild curls by applying her unique and effective cutting methodology specific to her clients’ individual needs.

Becca ❘ Designer

Becca is a graduate of the BOCES Cosmetology program and found her career at Pharaoh’s after her internship with us. Her natural skills helped her quickly complete Pharaoh’s advanced training program, and with her love for education, she continues to absorb every class she can attend, such as classes by Neuma and Kelli Grace styling. When she is not attending a class, she is busy educating herself with online courses and seminars. Becca extends her knowledge to her chair where she consults with her clients and creates personalized looks that coincide with each client’s individual needs and today’s latest trends. Becca especially enjoys creating custom color, highlights, and balayage that can evoke either a drastic or subtle change. Her friendly approach and extensive knowledge help her clients feel at ease and confident in their visit.

Vincenza ❘ Designer

Vincenza, a Valgurarnra, Sicily native, moved to Rochester over 30 years ago. She studied at the Continental School of Beauty, where she achieved her cosmetology license. In 2007, Vincenza joined the Pharaoh’s Hairum design team when she moved back to the Rochester area after having been a very successful stylist in Los Angeles, CA. Vincenza loves learning new techniques, procedures, and designs and is continually educating herself further through classes and seminars. Vincenza has a swift hand and sharp eye for creating simply elegant to fabulously elaborate styles and up-dos. Her knowledge and expertise in applying hair extensions give her even more opportunity to provide her clients with their dream hairstyle for their special event!

Robin ❘ Designer

Robin has been a member of the Pharaoh’s family since the very beginning! Over the years, Robin has attended numerous seminars, classes, and training throughout the country. She has been trained at ABBA, KMS, TIGI, Redken, and has taken a “Salon Physiology”, a 40-hour course to gain further knowledge of the industry. With her experience and expertise, Robin has been an educator for ABBA Pure and Natural haircare, KMS, TIGI Bed Head, and a Pharaoh’s Hairum trainer. Robin specializes in straight razor haircuts, offering precision men’s and women’s short cuts. Her fun personality is a warm welcome for all her clients. Robin loves providing relaxing pampering services to her clients and “de-stressing” their day while making them look fabulous!

Maddie ❘ Designer

Maddie joins our design team after completing her cosmetology licensing at Continental School of Beauty. Her passion for blonding and balayage technique prompted additional education under Alfaparf’s highly skilled educators. She has also completed a Kell Grace styling class to transcend her blow outs and special event styling. By combining her expertise and her client’s desired results, Maddie ensures that each of her client’s leave with a fresh, polished look that matches their vision and lifestyle. When Maddie is not at the salon, she enjoys spending time in nature and relaxing with her cats!

Eric ❘ Designer

Hi Friends, I’m Eric and I come from the 315, (Utica, New York) the land of half moon cookies and utica greens. I come from a large family and having 8 siblings there was never a dull moment growing up in my household. About three and a half years ago during the pandemic I moved to the 585, the home of the garbage plate in pursuit of fulfilling my dreams to become a hairstylist. Now as a 3 year stylist, I like to take the time to get to know my clients, whether they are new or reocurring in efforts to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. I pride myself in creating an atmosphere of authenticity, I believe in being true to my clients and strive to provide a relaxed and comfortable experience. I love reinventing the classic perm on young, trendy folks who want to take a twist on such an iconic look and rock it in their own skin. I also love bright colors and fashion shades. I love giving clients a new hair color, whether its highlights with some bright tones, a balayage or just retouching up your grays. I’m very creative and like to try new things and go on new adventures. You could find me doing a spur of the moment paint project, refinishing a piece of furniture or changing the color story or design in my bedroom or living room. I am a dog dad to a very spoiled labradoodle named Sammy. When I’m not at the salon, I like to go hiking or camping, trying new foods, listening to music or playing board games with my friends and seeing a broadway show. I have extensive training with the Organic Color Systems line and Precious Nature. I made the decision to quit my job in insurance to pursue my dreams as a hairstylist. Hair has always been my passion and in my blood, but I put it aside for a while and making the decision to do what I love has become the greatest joy and accomplishment in my life. To serve you, play with your hair, make you feel special and give you a new look -is literally a dream come true! It’s my great pleasure to have you in my chair and I can’t wait for this hair journey we get to explore together.

Michelle ❘ Designer

Michelle has completed training in both women’s and men’s haircutting, bringing skill and precision to every client she serves. With additional color education, she enjoys the artistry of highlights and is especially known for her expertise in creating soft, beautiful long layered cuts.

Her friendly and outgoing personality makes clients feel comfortable in her chair, and she takes great pride in listening to their needs while delivering styles that make them feel confident and happy. Beyond the salon, Michelle channels her creativity and energy into teaching dance, a passion that compliments her artistry as a stylist.

Michelle is excited to continue growing her career at Pharaoh’s Hairum Salon and Spa while helping clients look and feel their best.

Yogi ❘ Spa Technician

Yogita (‘Yogi’) is an esthetician with over 20 years of experience in skincare.

She received her first esthetician license in India in 2000. Yogita is also an Esthetics Graduate from Shear Ego International School, Rochester, US. Additionally, she has acquired several certifications in 2020 including, Barbicide® Proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards, Barbicide® COVID-19 Certification, and Milady® Infection Control.

Yogita is a detail-oriented and a focused esthetician who is confident in her ability to maintain and improve the appearance of human skin. Her passion for knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing skincare/beauty industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies and leading-edge ingredients in skincare, which she loves to share with her clients.

In addition to being a skilled and an experienced esthetician, Yogita is a highly client-oriented individual who prioritizes her clients’ needs and ensures their comfort with any of her services.
