Andy, a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience across various industries in North America and Europe, is excited to be the new owner of Pharaoh’s Hairum Salon & Spa. Having acquired the salon in 2024, Andy is eager to apply his extensive corporate experience to a beloved local business and help it continue to thrive. As a resident of Victor, NY, where he lives with his wife Jill and their two sons, Gabriel and Rowan, Andy is looking forward to spending more time closer to home and becoming even more involved in the Rochester community, where he and his family have lived for nearly two decades.

Andy is committed to being a steward of the strong business that Pharaoh’s team has built over the years. He is passionate about maintaining the salon’s reputation for excellence while also exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation. With a dedication to both the salon’s team and its loyal clients, Andy aims to uphold the values of outstanding service and community involvement that have long defined Pharaoh’s Hairum.

Pharaoh’s Hairum Salon & Spa has a rich history dating back to 1980, when it was founded by Stephen and Susan. With Stephen’s incredible talent as a Hair Designer and Susan’s love and background in business, the salon started with just three employees in a modest 600-square-foot space. Over the years, it grew significantly, becoming a staple in the local community. Notable milestones include the opening of “Little Tut’s Cuts Children’s Salon” in 1988, expansions into multiple locations, and the transformation of the Henrietta location into a comprehensive salon and spa in 1995.

Stephen and Susan’s leadership was characterized by their commitment to excellent customer service and community support. They raised money for various charities, including the Uganda Water Project, supported local food cupboards, and aided animal rescue organizations. Their dedication to giving back helped Pharaoh’s Hairum become more than just a salon; it became a pillar of the community.

Today, under Andy’s guidance, Pharaoh’s Hairum continues this legacy of excellence. With a talented team of over 30 employees, the salon has received numerous accolades, including recognition from Salon Today 200, D&C Rochester’s Choice Awards, Nextdoor Favorites, Rochester’s Top 20 Salons, and Three Best Rated Salons. As Pharaoh’s Hairum enters this new chapter, it remains committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering a sense of community, just as it has for over four decades.
