If you are a current client, in order to book your appointments online, you must be set up with a username and password. Please contact our customer service representatives at your desired location and they will set up an account for you.

If you are new to Pharaoh’s Hairum, we ask that you call to schedule your first appointment so we may ensure you receive a complimentary consultation and the appropriate amount of time for your initial visit.

Online booking allows you to book appointments, check for availability and view your visit history. If you need to reschedule or postpone an appointment, you must call the salon and we will be happy to assist you.

Annie ❘ Fairport Salon Manager

Annie’s positive and upbeat personality comes with 30 years of customer service experience. Joining the Pharaoh’s team in 2001, Annie has been leading our Fairport salon with efficiency and dedication. She has created a consistent environment of teamwork and has developed open lines of communication to ensure an enjoyable experience for both client and team member. Annie has a knack for motivating and encouraging our staff to achieve their professional goals. When she is off the clock, Annie loves spending time with friends and family, cuddling with her dog, Zoey, and enjoying the latest restaurants.

Lieren ❘ Education Trainer & Designer

Lieren’s work has been noticed and featured on Neuma Instagram multiple times! Having been in the industry since 2010, she loves continual education. Lieren is a certified Organic Colour Systems intense training program specialist. She completed advanced programs in balayage technique; several Neuma styling courses; Keune color and product knowledge training; along with business and customer service training. She has attended and worked hands-on with some of the industry’s major leaders, such as Meleesa Luna. She has just returned from intensive advanced training with Neuma in California, where she studied and perfected updo and styling techniques along with product knowledge. Lieren is a hair cutting trainer at Pharaoh’s, where she provides education working one-on-one with newly hired designers, ensuring they achieve a higher level of technical and hair cutting skills.

Julia ❘ Designer

Julia joined our Design Team after completing her education and licensing at Shear Ego. She jumped right into our extensive training program, where she perfected her precision haircutting and coloring techniques. Julia’s enthusiasm and passion for the industry come alive during every service she offers, allowing her clients to feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident in their visit!

Missy ❘ Education trainer & Designer

Missy received her cosmetology license at the Continental School of Beauty. She joined the Pharaoh’s Hairum team in 2001, where she excelled in our rigorous training program. She is always eager to learn and has participated in numerous beauty classes around the country. She has mastered the latest industry trends, including cut, color, and styling techniques. She has traveled to Florida to work directly with Organic Color Systems and has become one of their certified colorists. Her attention to detail and strive for perfection in her work does not go unnoticed. Missy’s favorite part of her job is the look on her clients’ faces when they leave her chair. She enjoys teaching and giving her clients the tips, tricks, and tools that will make them look (and feel) their very best! Missy lives in Ontario with her husband James, two boys, Jimmy and Joey, and dog Lucy. When not behind the chair, Missy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
Yastka, Designer at Pharos Hairum, Rochester NY Salon and Spa

Yastka ❘ Designer

Yastka has been with Pharaoh’s Hairum since 2003, after earning her Cosmetology license at the Continental School of Beauty right here in Rochester, NY. Originally from San Juan, Peurto Rico, Yastka is bilingual in Spanish and English. She specializes in all hair services: haircutting, hair color, highlighting, perms, styles, and special event up-dos. Yastka also offers manicure and pedicure treatments, facial waxing, and make-up application. Yastka continues her education by attending cut, color, and styling classes with Redken, Organic Color Systems, and Alfaparf Milano. To ensure that every client is capable of recreating their style at home, Yastka educates herself on all of our high-performing, Organic-certified products. Yastka’s expertise and consistent education provide the perfect opportunity to dive into an exciting new look!
Suong, Designer at Pharos Hairum, Rochester NY Salon and Spa

Suong ❘ Designer

Suong graduated from the Continental School of Beauty and joined the Pharaoh’s team immediately after in 1999. With over 20 years of experience in the Cosmetology industry, Suong continues to sharpen her skill set by attending various hands-on classes and seminars across New York State. She incorporates new techniques into her work to provide exceptional service to each client. Suong offers all hair services and is multi-talented with spa services as well! She is a certified Organic Color Systems colorist who especially enjoys revitalizing her client’s dull strands with vibrant and dimensional highlights and color. Particularly detail-oriented, Suong ensures that every client leaves looking and feeling their absolute best!

Betsy ❘ Education trainer & Designer

Betsy joined the Pharaoh’s Hairum team in 2020 after she graduated from Continental School of Beauty. She has successfully  completed our Advanced Training Program along with multiple color and cutting classes. Betsy has always had a passion for learning new hair and makeup techniques and is excited to put them to work. Betsy loves meeting new people, hearing their stories and helping them find the perfect style that will fulfill their needs and bring them confidence. When Betsy isn’t behind the chair, she loves to go thrift shopping, reading, cooking and spending time with family, friends and her dog.

Kelly ❘ Designer

Kelly joins our team upon completing her education at Shear Ego and jumping straight into our intense training program. She excels at and is passionate about Balayage, fashion tones, and Blonding techniques. 

Excited to further her education in this profession, she is taking a Barbering class to learn new tips and apply them during each client visit to customize your look. When Kelly is not behind the chair she enjoys spending time with her family and going on

Oxana ❘ Designer

Oxana came to the U.S. from the Republic of Moldova and earned her Cosmetology license at Empire Beauty School. After graduating, Oxana jumped right into our Advanced Training program where she discovered her passion for creating beautiful boho-inspired updos and styles. Having never backed down from a challenge, Oxana thrives in an industry that is consistently evolving. She seeks out the up-and-coming trends and perfects the skills necessary to create these versatile looks. From classic to trendy, Oxana is keen on bringing your desired look to life!

Julietta ❘ Spa Technician

Julietta has been part of Pharaoh’s team since 2005. She earned her Cosmetology certification in Romania before moving to NYC, where she continued her education by working hands-on at several high-end salons and spas. Julietta has had a lifelong passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best! By consulting, analyzing, treating, and educating each guest, she creates an at-home skincare regimen that will prolong every benefit of your spa experience! Julietta is a skincare specialist whose central focus is restoring and maintaining the look, feel, and overall well-being of each individual’s skin that she treats.
