COVID-19 procedures

We have missed you and have appreciated all of your patience, support and understanding during this period!

The Pharaoh’s Hairum Team has attended and been certified in sanitation procedures for the safety and health of both our clients and staff!
If you are scheduled for an appointment, please call the salon from your car upon your arrival. We will call you to come in when your stylist is ready to safely begin your service. We will not be currently taking walk-in clients.
Please come with your own mask and keep your nose and mouth covered at all times. You may want to consider a disposable mask in case product gets on it. Our staff will be wearing masks, and also face shields when necessary for your protection.
Leave all personal items and belongings in your car. You may bring in a wallet/purse and keys.
A Pharaoh’s Hairum team member will take your temperature with a “no-contact” thermometer before entering. If your temperature measures above 99.5F, you will be kindly asked to leave the salon and your appointment will be rescheduled. In addition, you will be asked questions such as whether you have had a cough, fever, or exposure to the CORONA virus within the last 14 days.
Only individuals with scheduled appointments will be allowed into the salon. Unfortunately, we cannot allow family or friends to accompany you during your appointment.
No food or beverages will be allowed in the salon at this time. Although we generally provide coffee, tea, water, and cookies; at this time we will not be able to offer them. Magazines will also not be available during this time.
Due to increased expenses such as PPE equipment, extra sanitation products/procedures/timing, and lower staff schedules for social distancing, the salon operating expenses have greatly increased. Although many salons are charging a COVID surcharge, we are trying to take a different approach. In order to sustain our business during this time, we will temporarily discontinue our discount programs.  We will continue to honor purchased series programs. We will also not be able to accept IMS barter during this initial period. In addition, some of our designers have achieved a level promotion with a slight service increase. We appreciate your support and understanding as we work to rebuild!
Pharaoh’s Hairum promises you, despite these many new procedures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests, we will continue to do our best to provide you with excellent service.
